What our customers say about WallyPark Express

Thankfully the other Wally’s lot was kind enough to pick us up in his shuttle after waiting 25 minutes for the Wally’s Express bus. Must have watched 20 “Parking Spot” shuttles come by before this. Love to use you, but after 24 hours of travel, shuttle wait times are usually the most important aspect of travel.

Everything was professional and efficient.

No one mentioned that pick up would be on the departure level. We waited 15 minutes at arrivals until an airport employee told us to go upstairs to the departure area to catch our ride back to the parking lot. Otherwise, everything went well.

- Irvine, CA

Everything went smooth as a whistle. The shuttles were there when we dropped off the car, and within 5 minutes when we returned.

- Los Angeles

Wait time was horrible, had to call twice to get a ride.

- Wildomar

The shuttle drivers are always so polite and courteous.

I thought parking here was great. In theory, there is a shuttle, but since you're so close to the airport, why bother, especially if you're at terminal 1. The walk to the terminal is shorter than the time spent waiting for a shuttle. I'll definitely park at WallyPark again, and skip the shuttle again too.

Wally Park Express is very close to the airport and the shuttle service was great. After two weeks in Costa Rica we arrived at LAX late evening and I was a bit worried, but I called the Wally Park Express number and a shuttle picked us up in minutes. Our shuttle driver, Steven, grabbed our bags and was pretty funny, which we appreciated. I will use Wally Park Express again.

pick up at Wally Park was great (a van was there and waiting), pick up at the airport was poor, sent the txt to WP and then after 25 min finally got on a Premier van that dropped me off after going to the premier lot, net 30 min from LAX to express lot. It was then pretty annoying to get dinged for an extra day when I was a couple hours beyond the spec'd time. It was also annoying to see cheap air parking add in all the taxes and fees at the last step of check out (a significant bump) that is disingenuous.

You can walk to the airport. It is faster than waiting for the shuttle.

This was my easiest airport parking experience ever. I’m planning to use them from here on out.

The "Express" shuttles work every hour at best. I finally arrived at the parking lot forty-five minutes after notifying their shuttle service, only to find their driver taking a nap while in his shuttle once I arrived. Horrible service!

Van picked us up in less than 5 mins. Great overall experience.

I use Wally Park Express because it is an outdoor lot (my truck has a 6'4" clearance which most indoor lots cannot accommodate), and it is close to the airport. If I really wanted to, I can walk there in 10 minutes from Terminal 1.

Usually, the shuttle goes around every 15 minutes, so it is not a long wait. When dropping off on departure, the driver gives a card with numbers to text and call. However, on occasion, there are not enough shuttles and thus the wait could be over 30 minutes. Not cool.

Otherwise I like this lot and will continue to use it. Just be aware sometimes the wait for the shuttle can get a little longer than that of other parking companies.

Highly recommended! Personnel was extremely helpful. It was a smooth ride from the airport to the park lot. The shuttle drops you off near your vehicle.

All around outstanding. Shortest wait time ever.

Close to the airport, prompt shuttle service, will definitely use it again.

This was the worst experience on check out. Flight was late getting in. Person checking me out would not provide any documentation or a receipt to me showing that she was charging me a late fee. Even though I had paid for 5 full days, I only used the lot for 4 1/2 days. She was rude and said "that is just the way it is". Her computer "could not print out a receipt showing that I was paying a late charge". I do NOT recommend this parking facility.

I waited about 20 minutes for a pick up and the shuttle was almost full. The driver wouldn't let the guy behind me on when we were all waiting for a while. I overheard other people on the shuttle complaint about to wait time as well. Im considering using a different parking structure based on long pick up time.

Driver at airport was going to drive by, needed to flag him down for pick-up.

I was able to grab this place via CheapAirportParking within 15 minutes of arriving to the airport and saved about 25-30% on my parking vs. the Company website.

When I arrived I had a quick turn around on the shuttle to the airport.

Also had to call to extend my reservation by two days. Customer service was super helpful, took little of my time, and sent me a re-booking notification within the hr. as promised.

Great service overall and highly recommended.

WallyPark Express is a great parking location for LAX. I will definitely park there again.

The system needs to be a little more specific. When you arrive you just park. The shuttle picks you up and takes you to the airport. You are left wondering if you needed to mention to the office that your car is there.

When you get back you call and they pick you up, but you need to have your ticket. If not, you go into panic mode trying to find the ticket.

Overall, it's was nice to have this as a convinience. Just be more specific about what we are doing.
