Instructions for Self-Parking Guests:
After scanning the QR code to enter, self-park guests can proceed straight ahead and park on levels three and above. Once you've parked, take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk to the shuttle waiting area, which is to the left of the main entrance to the garage. Even though there is usually covered parking, guests may have to park on the roof of the parking structure during busy times.
Instructions for Valet Parking Guests:
After scanning the QR code to enter, valet guests should go to the left, towards the cashier. When boarding the shuttle back from LAX, valet customers must show their valet tickets to the shuttle driver. The driver will ensure your vehicle is waiting for you upon your arrival at the parking facility.
