Called and arrived early for international flight. Upon arriving to the hotel for a shuttle I was informed they didn’t have any driver to take me to the airport and to just call for a Uber and they will pay me back for the ride when I return and to just show my receipt for the ride.

When I returned back to the hotel and asked for the refund I was promised, the manager told me that it’s not their policy to refund and the owners don’t like to pay for outside rides since it’s not their "parking" business! And I had to send an email request for the refund but it’s not guaranteed! It’s not the money but the principal on HOW to conduct business that upsets me the most about this ordeal! Would NOT recommend this parking option for overnight parking as there are MANY other options to choose from! Very disappointed in the service and how this was handled.. zero stars!!!

We have discovered there is no shuttle after 11pm after we have landed.

Shuttle service is only running every one hour, not every 30 minutes. The day of my flight back in town, we had to wait for a long time since none of Embassy Suites shuttle buses showed up. We finally called; they notified us that they didn't have any bus drivers today. Therefore, they sent Uber or Lyft to pick us up at LAX. I just wished they had notified us earlier before wasting 2 hours of my times to rush home to pick up my kids.
