Hilton Los Angeles Airport offers easy,convenient and secure airport parking. It is located just a quarter mile from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is only a 5 minute shuttle ride. Please arrive at the hotel 30-40 minutes before you would like to be at the terminal.

For your convenience, our Bistro offering Starbucks coffee, sandwiches and pizza, is located in the lobby and is open 24 hours. WiFi access is also available in our lobby. Rest assured, parking at LAX has never been easier. Parking at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport is covered & secured 24 hours a day.

Valet Parking: When you return to LAX from your trip, you are welcome to text your valet ticket number to 424-363-0336 to have your vehicle ready when you arrive at the hotel. Maximum vehicle height for valet parking is 6' 2".

Self Parking: Maximum vehicle height for self-parking 5' 11''. If your vehicle is taller than 5' 11" your vehicle must be valet parked and will incur an additional charge.

Going to the airport was good. Coming home we had to wait over 30 mins just for the same driver to return. Prior to his return he said another one would be coming or he would call. But in fact it was him as the solo driving making are wait time longer.

Very convenient. I usually spend the night before an early morning flight at a hotel with parking at LAX, so staying at the Hilton is a good option.

We like the Hilton LAX Parking. It is easy to get to the location and the security provided to the underground parking is good. We have been using this parking garage for the past years and around 3-4 times a year. The price is also competitive with the other services around the area.

Arrived early morning and the staff was friendly, got us on a shuttle right away. We left the car in front of the entrance and they took care of it. Upon return I texted the ticket number and the car was waiting for us as soon as we returned from the airport. Didn't wait too long at the airport for the shuttle to pass by. I will definitely try again this location next time.

One thing that I would suggest is that the driver inform the passengers the location of where and how to catch shuttle on your return from your flight. This would be good for first time users!

Since they got larger shuttles, the wait times both at the hotel and at LAX is much longer. The baggage area is over crowded, there is not enough seats and many passengers have to stand which is dangerous. We are seniors which explains our reluctance.

The parking lot was completely full. The spots were all tight, several cars were parked illegally which made it hard to maneuver. We eventually had to go up to the valet space and the guys up there valeted it for us.

Location is excellence. Easy to find. Very close to the airport. Can easily walk to the airport if you choose to. But why walk if there is convenience shuttle. No long wait for shuttle, at least the time we went. Departing shuttle only waited for less than 5 minutes. And arriving shuttle was 1 minute. Check in and out was quick. Just scan the QR code and done. Driver was courteous and helpful.

LAX is currently a huge mess everywhere as the construction continues, so being able to park at the Hilton Airport is a welcome relief. Our experience went well, being able to park easily, the shuttle wait was minimal, and our shuttle driver was great and worked hard to ensure all the passengers’ luggage got on.

The location is great. The covered underground parking is wonderful. The drivers were courteous to my family of 4. The wait time for the shuttles to & from the airport can be lengthy so prepare some extra time for that. Because of that, the return trip from the airport can be quite crowded. On our way back there were people standing up in the aisle and luggage blocking it a little. Good thing we came from terminal 1.

Also, there are a separate set of elevators to get to the underground parking inside the hotel. There are typically 3 working elevators, however, on the night that we came back, only 1 elevator was working and there was a long line of people heading into the lobby with their luggage waiting to get on it. Patience is key when choosing this location but we would choose it again.

We waited an hour for the shuttle. While we were waiting at Terminal 4, we saw at least three shuttle buses for Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt etc. No excuse for the hour wait. We then had to wait 15 minutes to retrieve car as everyone in line was demanding a refund for such poor service. Since it was third party, they said to take it up with you….This was my worst experience taking the shuttle in thirty years of using the lax parking shuttles. There should be some type of compensation for such ineffective and inadequate service.

I've been using the Hilton LAX for airport parking for several years. Every time it's been 5 stars. Only on a rare occasion have I had to call to see what's going on with the shuttle.

Had no issues. Valet worked out great and had our car was waiting when we got dropped off from shuttle. Had maybe 15 min wait after deplaning for shuttle.

Great experience with Hilton LAX. Lots of spaces to pick from. Easy in and out.

Shuttle was waiting for us on the outbound and picked us within 15 min of our arrival, so no need to call them. Would do it again.

Parking here at the Hilton seems to be pretty easy they have a shuttle bus every 15 minutes at the airport.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for shuttle to airport, but happened to get to pickup location on return at just the right time, so no waiting on return.

Our driver, Destiny, was amazing, very friendly, courteous and helpful. Valet service was great.

This parking facility is our favorite. It is convenient and safe. The shuttle runs on a timely schedule and the personnel is helpful and pleasant. We will always use this parking option when traveling in and out of LAX.

Getting to the location, parking, and then receiving a shuttle to the LAX site was easy and convenient. I would rate this experience higher if the wait time wasn't so long to go from the LAX station back to the shuttle. We had to wait two hours for a shuttle. I am not sure why the wait was so long, but the shuttle car took a very long this time. I will try again with this location and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Amazing! Had a tire going flat when dropping off and they totally accomadated us. Took care of flat when back from Vacay.. They left car accessible... Did not wait longer than 5 minutes for pick up or drop off. Got help with bags. I will always park here from now on. To top off it is a safe and secure location with beautiful lobby!

Parking at the Hilton has some benefits vs. a parking only facility. However, the wait time for the shuttle is very long (45 minutes last night). We watched the Marriott, Hyatt, Courtyard and Residence Inn shuttles pass 3-4 times each before the Hilton shuttle arrived. So, it is not a traffic issue. For this reason, I will probably switch to another facility.
