Overall a positive experience, but I got hit with a $20 additional fee for getting there an hour or so past estimated time. Ridiculous. Make sure you estimate on the long side, so you have plenty of time.

Facility was easy to find and drop off was pretty seamless. I had to wait a bit for a shuttle which was a bit stressful because I had hit traffic on my way and was running late for my flight. And depending on how many other people are in your shuttle you might have to drive to other terminals first before your drop off so just good to build in extra time.

Upon my return when I called to order a shuttle person that picked up was very abrupt and didn’t give me great instructions on where to go, I had to call a few times to clarify and get an ETA. I waited 20 minutes for a pick up, which was fine but if you’re in a rush it’s important to know, and again you may stop at other terminals before heading back to the lot. My shuttle driver was but very friendly.

Overall service was sufficient and my car was safe so I would use again but it wasn’t a five star glamorous experience. And wait times are unpredictable.

Only problem was finding exactly where to meet the driver at airport. Didn't understand we had to cross roads twice to find pick up spot. Will know next time. Only had couple minutes wait to get shuttle when we went to airport.

The location and facility were fine - we didn't know that our car would be driven by a staff member to facilitate the parking - it would have been nice to know that in advance, though i don't think it would have changed my decision. however, i would like to have known, so in case i wanted to make arrangements with my insurance company, i may have done so.

The driver to the airport was ok - i bit short and rude and threw our bags around - i would have been much happier to put my bags in the van myself - i also would have tipped him more if he showed more courtesy, the driver home from the airport was much nicer - we tipped him double what we tipped the driver to the aiport ...

The timing for pickup to and from the airport was fine and cleanliness of the facility and vans was fine. there isn't much you can do about the location near the airport - that was fine.

Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours flying home from Athens, Greece. i think it is unfortunate that you charge another full day's parking charge (actually double our full day rate) for just a few hours. there was another family in the van with us, so it wasn't like the pickup was just for us. parking at Newark Airport is extremely expensive as it is - the additional charge just puts a bad taste in your mouth after having such a difficult experience just trying to get home - especially so late at night with an international flight.

Based on that part alone, i would think twice before booking with your facility again - no offense because i appreciate the cost of doing business, but we certainly can't control a flight delay.

The staff was helpful and had positive attitudes. The driver acted in a professional manner, no music was blasting and there were no foul odors in the van. He also took his time as there was snow and ice on the ground.

It was very easy to get to and get out of back on to the turnpike. Drop off and pick up is right by the terminal. They keep the car keys and once you call and give them the ticket number, they pull the car to the front and keep it running. Don't have to worry about starting and getting into a cold/hot car. Will definitely park here again.

I had a different experience with Park2Go than many of the other reviews posted, so here's mine. We returned to Newark Airport and called the number on the card after retrieving our baggage as instructed. First call went to voicemail. I hung up and called again. The receptionist answered told me which post number to wait by and that the shuttle would be there in about 20 minutes. That seemed like a long time, but ok. (The website says "Our Free Shuttle Runs Every 10 Minutes and We Are Only 4 Minutes Away.") We waited a full 30 minutes until the shuttle arrived. During this time, six other different off-airport parking services came and went. The Parking Spot shuttle actually came through three times! We were finally picked up and driven to the next pick-up location. The family that was waiting there said they had been waiting an HOUR for the shuttle, and after calling repeatedly, were told to walk! All told, it was about 50 minutes before we were finally back at our car. There are many other parking options at Newark, and we will not be using Park2Go again.

Upon arrival at the lot, the shuttle was ready to leave. They held it for us. I prepaid and was in and out in two minutes. Upon my return, the shuttle took eight minutes to arrive and my car was waiting. Since I prepaid was done in tow minutes. Definitely will use Park2Go again.

First time using this service, will definitely use them again. Easy to get to, shuttle leaving was prompt, and driver polite. The return trip was easy, called them, they told me where to go, and the shuttle was there in 10-15 minutes. My car was parked out front and ready to go. Great experience!

After arriving home I noticed there was damage to my car. I have been calling for three months and Frank has yet to follow through it has been a horrible experience. I would never use or recommend this parking area.

I especially rate five stars to this experience because of the staff. The clerk was very kind in spite on the unearthly hour of our arrival, both times. The drivers were also friendly. I'll park here again when I need parking for the Newark airport.

Other than a fairly long wait for the shuttle going, the whole experience was fine. The personnel was terrific, friendly and helpful. I would use them again next time I have a need.

I would like the waiting time to be shorter somewhat, but understand the cost of putting on another driver would be cost prohibited with the rates they are charging.
