The time for the shuttles upon return are just horrendous. You text when you arrive at the terminal. 35 minutes later a shuttle arrives without enough space for all of us and myself, spouse, and 4yr old had to wait an additional 35 minutes for them to come around again. It was the same driver, I guess they only have one shuttle? Waiting over an hour is just not acceptable, will not do again.

Great experienced, no hassle, I parked the car, got my ticket and was in the shuttle van in less than 5 minutes. Whe coming back I called for pickup and the shuttle driver was there in less than 3 minutes. Then the checkout was a breeze, nothing bad or negative to say about this place. I will definitely use Maas Parking EWR again.Thank you for a great experience.

Mass is very unprofessional. We arrived and dropped our keys, we were the only people waiting by the office. Then more people showed up and the shuttle stopped by them across the parking lot and became full. We had to wait for a second shuttle which the guy in the office said "15 more min". 15 min turned into 25.

On the return trip, the shuttle took 35 min to arrive at terminal A. I called multiple times and finally he said it's at terminal B now and will be there soon. The only reason it stopped at terminal B was to pick up gusts that were waiting extremely long from a different company. We dropped them off at their lot and then went back to Maas.

Never again, they are the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever paid for a service.

Used Mass for the first time when I needed long term parking at EWR. Efficient personnel and short wait times. Only downside is the ticket that has pickup directions is confusing and has typos. Had to call and verify the pickup location at the airport. But overall good experience.

The people at the front desk were very helpful with my questions and the shuttle was very efficient. I have not had as great experiences with the people at some of the other locations around Newark Airport. Will park with Maas from no on.
