Using this service was very easy and affordable. No real wait times was great. Arrived very early in the morning and did not appreciate being told to go to Level 3 Door 6 when the driver was at Door 8. I had to run down there to see if he was there for us and he insisted he was at the right door when I was told Door 6.

Not sure who is reading this, but here is why I scored low on Personnel Attitude:
One of the parking staff member's (he has a spanish accent) behavior was at the lowest. On a rainy Wed 8/7 around 4:45PM or so I was unloading my bags with my family in front of the office and he came yelling that I couldn't park my car to unload. When I asked him in the office where I should park he continued to yell. Note: I am paying for parking and not for someone to yell at me. I think he feels that he is doing me a favor or may be feels that he owns the palce and can say anything he wants, bottomline there is something really wrong with the guy. May be retraining him to understand better customer service will help, otherwise you will loose customers in the future. On the other hand, the lady attendant was wonderful and very helpful.

More then just location, everyone are so good so helpful. You arrive at the airport, call them and max 15 mins shuttle is there. Your car is ready near the office so you don't have to go to parking lot finding your car.

While parking with E-Z Way could have been worse, it wasn't great either. It was my first time parking there and I called in for some help. The lot is at the Crowne Plaza hotel and accessible only via ticketed entry. I did not know that. When I called, I more or less got an answer that consisted of "duh - you have to get a ticket to get in". Then I parked my car in the front like I do at other places. Walked in only to be told "duh - you have to find a spot and park it". Oh-kay... Pickup, dropoff went well, even though the driver was hauling a#@. After being back, the "duh-movement" was in full swing again. How do I get out with my week-old ticket? Duh - here's a new one!

While the actual transaction of drop-off and pickup was working well, I am used to a bit more customer friendliness. So, if you don't want that kind of service, don't park here. If you are a bare-bones park-pickup-dropoff-pickup-leave sorta person, then by all means go for it.

The lot was difficult to find, I didn't notice any signs for E-Z Way parking.
  


This is the third time that I use E-Z Way and it’s always been a great experience. I will continue to use them going forward.
  


I didn't appreciate the fact that someone manipulated my temperature controls.
Why would anyone turn the air conditioning on in my car, in the middle of the winter? And what were they doing in my car, anyhow???

Other than parking it and bringing it to the front upon my return, I don't see any need!

And for that, they don't need to touch anything and leave it that way!

I booked this because it said it was valet. There was no one there to park the car when we arrived and it was very confusing to ding the building to check in. There were no signs telling us where to go. When we arrived back from the airport the car was not waiting for us. We had to walk quite a distance to our car. The shuttle driver was pleasant but the woman behind the counter had a bad attitude.

Very happy, shuttle is looking a bit old and beaten up otherwise very satisfied. I landed late at night and they picked me up after only a 5 minute wait. Staff was friendly car cleaned off by them after a major snow. I will see you next time.

They could not find my car… they need a system where the spaces are marked and the keys are mounted on a board with the space number. The locations is a bit remote and you have to make many turns until you get into the parking lot.

I was very impressed with the shuttle drivers. They were courteous and friendly.
Pick up from the airport was quick and well directed.

However, the woman at the counter when we returned to pick up our car was rude and unhelpful. When I came to pick up the car, she informed me I needed a print out of the reservation, even though I had the email on my phone, and heal directed me to the hotel lobby.

In order to get the print out I needed to go to the local hotel and PAY to print it out. This was poorly organized and not helpful.

I hope there will be a way of rectifying the car pick up pocess.
