It is my third time parking in ARB and I have had a great experience every time. I have not had issues with drop off and pick up to and from the airport. The shuttles have been operational every 15 mins and the people are courteous and efficient.
The lot is packed almost all the time and it is valet (meaning drop off your keys and the people there will park it for you). I have had good experiences, be it parking my Tesla or my mini van here! Highly recommend the place.
  


I don't usually write bad reviews, however I feel this one is necessary.

First thing that happened was that when we arrived at the lot, I was told that our balance was due in cash only. Would have been nice to know this in advance.

Second, it appeared that they only had one van operating as we were told by the people ahead of us that they had been waiting a half hour and it was another 10 to 15 minutes before the van showed up.

Finally, when we requested the van for pick up upon our arrival at EWR, (Newark International Airport), we waited 25 minutes and then when the van arrived there was not enough room for us in the van. We overheard a conversation between the people waiting for the van and ARB Parking complaining that they had been waiting for 45 minutes. The end result was that only our daughter was able to go to the lot get her car and then return to the airport to pick us up along with our luggage. I hope that you take my advice and park elsewhere even if it costs more it will be worth it in the long run.

The good: Location is convenient and lot seemed reasonably secure. Car wasn’t damaged and property was still inside vehicle when I returned. Priced well.

The ok: Described as self park but you don’t park your own car and they keep your keys. (Wasn’t expecting this) Site also doesn’t mention having to pay balance in cash on arrival. (I was very lucky I had enough).

The bad: Couple of the guys were friendly but most seemed miserable. The shuttle to the airport was prompt, however the pickup was terrible. Advertised as 10-15 minutes for shuttle. They give you directions not to request till you have luggage and are waiting at pickup location but then take another 45 minutes plus to arrive. My flight arrived after midnight and I was the only one in my party being picked up. When I called after 30 minutes to make sure they received the request (its automated via text link they send you at dropoff) the man who answered the phone very annoyed says, “yeah we got it, someone be there in 5 mins. 20 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Its takes less than 5 to get back to the lot; as expected there is no traffic at 130am. To top it off they didn’t even have my car pulled to the front. The man who fetched my car when I arrived at lot was the only one who didn’t seem pissed they had to do their job. Don’t advertise 24/7 and short shuttle times if you are going to be annoyed someone actually has a late return and you have to get up and pick them up.

The reviews were good so I gave them a try. Possibly just a bad night for them, but I’m very unlikely to use again to find out.

The lot did not have enough shuttles and drivers. We waited 35 minutes and had to call 3 times. Every time a shuttle came it was already full of people because the driver picked up at terminals A & B first, and we were at C. Then we would have to call again because the office thought we got on one of the other shuttles.

Also, the website says it is self parking, it is not. We had to leave our keys with them. The parking lot was riddled with potholes and was not paved.

I will say that the shuttle drivers was doing his best and really hussling and trying to make everyone happy. It was not his fault, they were just terribly understaffed. I would NOT use them again.
