What our customers say about Renaissance Newark Airport

- Vailsburg, New Jersey

I lost my parking ticket almost immediately after parking (still don't know where it could have gone). The valets couldn't have been more helpful. No problem checking in and out. Definitely will continue to park here, as we have for several years now.

- Lehigh Valley, PA

Overall a good value, but walk to pickup area for Airtrain was long (15 min), then wait for shuttle was about 20 min. Parking spots are narrow and lot needs some repaving.

- East Windsor

The scanners both going in and going out did not work with the QR code. We had to take a ticket to go in and then go in to give them the ticket. We had to call to have them let us out.

Place is a great place to park off site. My only issue is that the shuttle times are now every 30 mins from the hotel to the airport. It used to be 15. So now the next time I use this location I will need to add in additional time to get to the terminal.

- South BRunswick, NJ

1. The QR/Barcode did not work.
2. The shuttle was not every 15 minutes as advertised
3. We had a very small carry on that fit by my feet without losing another seat space but the attitude of the driver was unfriendly. The shuttle was less than half occupied
4. The shuttle was late ...ok the weather was not perfect.

- Tuckerton, NJ

Easy to park here. Make sure after you pull into the lot, go to the lobby to get the parking lot exit hang tag for your car. Shuttles are fast with very little wait time for drop off, a little longer for pick up from airport. The lot is safe and secure. For the price, it was a fantastic value. Will always park here for my departures.

Clear instructions, shuttles readily available when they said they would be. Easy check in and out system.

Conveniently located and priced right. Will definitely park here again.

When we returned to pick up the car my wife went in to get the ticket validated so we could leave. She was told that we should have come in before leaving to get a "Special" ticket to be displayed on our car while it was parked in the lot. This was never conveyed to us.

Parking lot was in a good location, safe, and I felt comfortable leaving my car there for three weeks I was gone. I will definitely do it again and tell my friends and family.

When we were dropped off at the airport, we specifically asked where the return pick up was. The shuttle driver was vague in his description and we misunderstood the pick up area. When we landed, I called the hotel and was told to go to P4. We proceeded to go where other shuttles were picking up. (we have done this many times... first time with Renaissance). I called again after waiting an hour and was told to go to level 2. We rushed up there with 4 bags (ski bag) and was told he couldn’t bring us to the hotel?? He then described where we had to go. We schlepped our bags onto the air train to P4. Called again and were finally picked up. They need to better explain where the pick up location is.
