The driver on our return was outstanding. He arranged pick up quickly & provided information while on route. When he found out that we needed to wait at the airport for 5 hours (until 2 am) to pick up our son whose flight had been delayed, he offered that we wait in the lobby. It was much more comfortable than waiting in our car.

From start to finish, great experience! The guy at the counter was very helpful and helped us with parking as opposed to us just scanning the QR code and figuring out how to complete. Coming back, our shuttle arrived within minutes of the call, we anticipated waiting 15-30 minutes, but he was at Terminal C in about 10 minutes. So, I would say prompt and friendly driver too. Sheraton is our go to parking for flying out of Orlando airport. Next flight Nov 25-29 and already booked parking here.

The desk personnel was very helpful getting us checked in because my phone wasn't cooperating. Our driver to the airport was very friendly and helpful. We arrived back around 11:30 pm and our driver did not take long to pick us up and brought us directly to our vehicle which was thoughtful because it was dark and so late. We will definitely use again. Thank you!

Parking was easy, but not an abundance of spots. Desk was helpful. Shuttle left as scheduled, driver was friendly, van not crowded and was very nice. A little wait for return shuttle, but understandable and driver was quiet and polite.
