The Hyatt Place Orlando Airport Hotel is conveniently situated near the FL-528/Bee Line Expressway and one minute west of S Semoran Blvd. From the FL-528/Bee Line expressway, you take exit 11 for FL-436/ S Semoran Blvd. Once off the exit, head 0.2 miles north and make a left of Frontage Road. Continue on Frontage Road and make a right on Forbes Place. The hotel will be on your left-hand side.

When arriving at the property, parking customers can park in any open space. After parking, head to the front desk to register your vehicle and receive your parking validation.

Generally a good experience. When we returned, the car was loaded with notes telling us to register the vehicle. Somebody dropped the ball when we arrived to park. When I called Hyatt, they told me to ignore the notices. Communication issue somewhere.

All went smoothly with this, our 1st experience, other than the somewhat slow arrival of the shuttle to pick us up upon return. Suggest that they add a printed card to be placed on the parked car's dash with a tear-off receipt with a phone # to call upon return.

While the location of the parking lot is only about 10-15 minutes away from the terminals and the lot is safe & secure at the hotel, I was definitely disappointed that it took almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to come for pickup after being told it would be 15 minutes when calling upon exiting the airport. They were kind to offer a meal voucher for the inconvenience, but with it being 8 PM after a long day of travel and that I was only utilizing their parking service I did not really see the benefit of that. Overall okay parking for the price, but be prepared for a long pickup wait.

First time user. I chose Hyatt because price was good and location was convenient. A super helpful man at front desk helped me check in with my phone (OK, I took a pic of the QR code and he did the rest. I'm over 80 and slow at this stuff).

They held the shuttle a few minutes while I parked. Be sure to tell the driver which terminal you need. We almost got left at A, but needed B. When I asked him, he reloaded us and we went on to B. Returning home just required a call to Hyatt and we were met at B4 in about 10 minutes, then delivered right to our car (at midnight). I am very pleased with the service.

CheapAirportParking got us 8 days for about half of the hotel's "rack rate".
