This is the second time we used Holiday Inn MCO for parking. Prices go up and down depending on season and parking dates. Parking location is great and both times shuttles were on time (or very near to it) going from the hotel to the airport. Last night we arrived in the evening and the number to call about the shuttle said it was directly to the Holiday Inn MCO in Orlando, but the number was actually in San Francisco. I repeatedly tried to call the number but it was busy for such a long time. Couldn't find a local number for the hotel (website lists reservations 800 number) and I could not get a person on the phone. Ended up calling a ride share company which costs me $16, but hey, my car was fine.

Okay place to park, though not as secure as others we’ve used. Check in staff was awesome!! Driver to airport was good, but return driver was a bit snippy, stressed and short with a first time, confused passenger who needed to get to a different Holiday Inn location. Instead of taking one minute to engage with this young woman and provide information he knew, he basically blew her off brusquely and rushed the rest of us into his shuffle and took off leaving her just standing there bewildered. When he was making excuses during the drive, my husband told him he could have been nicer and more helpful. He said he would go back and check on her, which I hope he did.
