Shuttle wait times for pickup were excessive (30 minutes after calling from the designated pickup area). The location of the parking lot was fairly close, but the ride to the airport took 25 minutes - substantially longer than any other parking service I've used. The ride from the airport was about 5 minutes.

The attendants take some keys for cars and not others creating confusion and general distrust. Why do they need keys for some cars and not others? When I returned to the lot to pickup my car (I retained the keys). They had parked another car about 8-inches from my driver door. I almost needed a can opener to get into the car. I would have provided a one star review, but the lot was fairly cost effective compared to other parking lot services.
