Top notch service, this is the first time I've used a parking service when going to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised on the efficiency and how easy it was to use MasterPark Lot B. I dropped off my car and was shuttled to the airport in 10 minutes, returning was just as good. I called to tell them I was at the airport and they were there to pick me up in a few minutes. My car was ready when I arrived at the parking facility. Overall - excellent, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing long term parking near the airport.

A flawless experience start to finish. Staff were all very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Shuttle left 2 min after we handed over the keys, and arrived before we'd dialed, the driver graciously calling in our impending arrival. Both drivers loaded/unloaded our luggage, which is always greatly appreciated. The cost was competitive, the lot was very close and the car returned in same condition. Flawless.

First time using Masterpark and was a little nervous about leaving our car with a valet for 5 days and the process for calling a shuttle and picking it up upon return. All those fears dissolved once we returned to Seatac and found the ground transport shuttle phones. We called and the Masterpark shuttle arrived in minutes. By the time we arrived at the lot, our car was waiting and all was well. We even returned a day early and I asked for an adjustment on our prepaid parking and the gal told me to contact the third party whom I booked through. I did just that and they refunded me the next day. Very smooth, will definitely use Masterpark again.
