We offer the largest, on-demand and eco-friendly shuttle fleet at SeaTac airport. Our shuttles run 24 hours and 7 days a week. Our location is well lit, secure and only 5 minutes from SeaTac airport. Our check-in process is streamlined and simple. You will be met by a friendly attendant who will get you on your way in no time. Traveling is stressful enough, allow us to start your journey with a wonderful experience. Car detailing is available via a third party vendor.

Upon arrival to MasterPark Garage please proceed to the covered drop off area. You will be met by a friendly attendant, who will assist with your luggage (upon request) and then direct you to the shuttle departing for SeaTac airport. Please leave keys in your car, take your ticket and board the shuttle. Your parking experience is fast, simple and worry free.

The QR code that I was provided by your company didn’t work when leaving. Had to use call button and they didn’t pick up right away. There were 3 cars behind me waiting to get out. After about 4 minutes someone answered, I gave them the scenario and they raised the gate arm with taking parking information from me.

Overall experience was great, just a note that all front desk employees should be trained on how to check out prepaid guests. My front desk person was not trained on what to do and I had to wait for her to get assistance from a coworker.

We prepay for our reservation. This saves time with check in and check out, at least we think so. Shuttle service is great, just call for pick up and give them the ticket number and your vehicle is ready for you when you get back to garage.
