When I called for pickup the dispatch operator was quite rude because I didn't know what terminal I was at. Next time more direction of where to find the terminal information would be helpful and speed up the process! For example: Your terminal location is an Alphabet Letter located under the carousel baggage sign! That would have been helpful!

Great experience! When my flight was canceled and I had to change the reservation last minute, the attendant was very understanding and helpful. There were shuttles waiting to take us to the airport so there was no wait when we got there.

The fastest & easiest way to park at PHL! My experience was great! Super easy! NO WAITING in the cold! The shuttle driver was at our vehicle before we even had our bags out of the trunk! Then only waited about 5 mins before he picked us up on our return. Will definitely use again!
