We have used CheapAirportParking a few times now and have not really had any major issues. One time we had to wait on a shuttle because it missed us and we had to wait on our car that was parked in by someone who took their keys, but it is what it is. This time was the best by far. Quick, easy, and cheap!

My experience was not the best, customer service was poor and at best unprofessional. The shuttle driver was rude and not very friendly. The waiting times were too long, on top of the fact that the garage is almost over 15 minutes away from the airport. Needless to say, I do not plan to ever use this particular garage again. I have used other garages near Philadelphia airport, and this by far was my worst experience 😫.

Except for the distance, the parking factory, staff and shuttle was pretty good. The price was good.
