The only valet parking inside JFK Airport! Located at the TWA Hotel, the only on-airport hotel at JFK Airport, our valet parking is a short walk from JetBlue Terminal 5 (just walk through the hotel's iconic flight tubes!). You can grab the AirTrain across the street from the hotel 24/7 for a five-minute ride to all JFK terminals.

Upon entering the airport, proceed toward Terminal 5 and follow the traffic signs to our main entrance.

Good experience..(2) negatives.. obviously the current construction at terminal 5 makes driving in stressful and difficult, but once we got to the TWA hotel, check-in was easy.

One recommendation. When we were ready to pick up our car, we used the link provided, and it asked for a tip which we paid online. The valet person was not happy that we didn’t tip him in person. You need to either advise as such or not request a tip paid in advance. We didn’t know it was possible to skip that step online so not our fault for his being disgruntled because we didn’t pay him in person.

This is by far the best place to park at JFK. Easy and professional. Being able to walk straight to terminal 5 was great. I don’t think I’ll ever park anywhere else.

Upon pick up, i had to wait one hour from the time i sent a text to the valet via the app they provided. When i got to the desk, they haven't even started to look for my key. Once i showed them my ticket #, they then could not find my key. It took them 35 min to find my key and another 20 min to retrieve the car. To add insult to injury, i was not alone, there were 2 other people there with the same issue.

TWA is a great location to park at if your traveling jet blue, but the service and organizational skills of the people running the valet desk is beyond acceptable.

Great option for parking for terminal 5 - loved being able to walk from my car to the terminal. Car was brought to me within 2 minutes of requesting it - seamless! Just booked it again for my next two trips!
  

Love parking at the TWA Hotel. It's easy and convenient. The staff is warm and friendly as well.
  


It was a great experience to have my car just one step away from the airport, I only had to take the elevator to go on a trip and see that my car was well taken care of. In the parking lot it was a wonderful experience, great, thank you!
