When I dropped my car off the staff was very helpful and courteous. I was told by the check in staff to just reply to text message on my return for my pick up at the airport. I did that and got response that my request was received. I waited 15 minutes with no pick up. I called the number on my ticket and was told I should have called. The ride reached in about 10 minutes. At the office rude staff said I should not have used text. I told him that’s what the girl told me to do. He asked for the girl name which I did not take, but I am sure you have your records as to who was on duty at drop off and my return. Deeply disappointed.

This was my first time using long term parking for a trip out of JFK. Had an overall great experience. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful with loading our luggage and getting us to the airport which was only a couple minutes away. On the return flight, we were promptly picked up once I called the company. Our vehicle was running and warm when we arrived to the lot. I would use this service again in the future.
