Because of its 3 mile proximity to the airport, this is one of the busier hotels in the area, therefore, this hotel does regularly charge its guests for overnight parking. The hotel is situated in an industrial area southeast of the MIA Airport. Navigating to the lot is straightforward, located on NW South River Drive. The locale is easy to access via NW 27th Avenue, NW 36th Street, or by exiting on the SR112 Airport Expressway.

As you pull up to the hotel entrance, retrieve the ticket from the machine, park your vehicle after the stop sign, and show your reservation printout or your email confirmation at the front desk. You will be issued a parking pass to place in your vehicle facing outward.

So thrilled we happened upon this site with a lower parking rate than what the hotels themselves offer (booking directly through the hotel is $17/day, they told me to find a site like this to save money). Unfortunately we were in a rush and missed the shuttle in both directions so we had to uber so that added to our cost. Pretty easy check in and out but do plan on that taking 10-15 minutes if there's a line at the front desk. This will be our go-to parking from now on!

Check in was fast but confusing. I didn't realise the ticket requiring validation to exit was in our car (stapled on the back of the long-term paring sign to be placed onto the rear view mirror).
