Checking in was good. System was down, but attendant got me registered with no issues. (I prepaid). Exiting was awesome. I just jumped in the car and left.

I parked in their lot and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. On my return, I took the hotel shuttle back to the Doubletree, got in my car and left. It was that simple. Would recommend to others.

Great overall experience and great value. Would definitely use again. One thing to note: The hotel shuttles only pick up from the Domestic Terminal, so ff you're coming out of the International Terminal at ATL you need to take an additional shuttle to the Domestic Terminal. All of the shuttles are free, it was just an additional step we weren't aware of when we arrived back from our trip.

The parking was convenient. The inability to reach someone to find out when the shuttle would be arriving at the airport after waiting over 30 minutes did not make sense to me.

Waited almost an hour upon return and no shuttle came to pick us up at airport. Had to ask another hotel service to drop us off.
