I wish that the pick-up times from the airport were quicker. We always use this facility, but have to wait a bit when we return. Getting to the airport from the hotel is always on point, it's just when we get back.
  


Only one minor issue, easily corrected. We were not informed that we needed to go to the domestic terminal to pick up our return shuttle to the parking area. When we arrived at the international terminal, we went outside and waited at hotel pick up. However, after waiting 20 minutes with no shuttle bus I called and they told me I needed to go to the domestic terminal. They should inform you when they pick you up to bring you to the airport where you need to go to pick up your ride back. Otherwise this was a very good experience.

All in all a great experience. Easy to park and shuttle was easily accessible. Will consider it again for our next trip.
  


I reserved and paid in advance for my parking. There was exactly ONE parking space left. There were also vehicles parked at the end of rows that were NOT designated parking places. If I have reserved and paid in advance, I want a guarantee of a designated parking place, not the end of a row along the area one drives to get to the rows.

I think there needs to be better accounting for the number parking at the site.
The parking attendants were excellent!! The shuttle was quite a long wait at the airport for pick up returning to the Marriott, reason for a 4 star.
  


I’ve parked here several times. They will be on time for early morning flights and you won’t have to stand around and wait very long on your return. The drivers don’t sit around and wait for their vans to fill up either.

We have used this parking area a couple of times and always had a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We will park here again when we are flying from ATL. We always stay the night at the Marriott before our flight and this works out perfectly.
