
I was definitely happy with my parking transaction. I got a decent rate online and the reservation was easy to create.

I was very happy with Sunrise overall. As soon as I arrived, they zipped me right across the street to the terminal. (I was running a bit late and was worried I would have to wait a while for the next shuttle.) On the way back, the driver came to get me right away so I didn't have to hang out too long on the curb at LAX. The people that work at Sunrise are very courteous and helpful.

The only negative thing was that on my way there, the map made it look like I could head south on Sepulveda Blvd. and just turn left onto 98th st. This was not possible due to a large barrier running down the middle of Sepulveda. I ended up having to go way too far south just to find a spot to turn around and head back up north. I'm not sure if this could be noted somewhere on the directions to make this easier for anyone coming south. Other than that, no problems. I will definitely use Sunrise again.

Thanksgiving being the busiest holiday to park your car at LAX, Sunrise was exceptionally helpful and timely. I will use their services again.

I made a reservation prior and when I arrived and was going to pay my reservation when I picked up my car the confirmation said 1 price and the attendent charge me 20.00 more and said reservation confirmation didn't do me anything and the the online reservation was a lie. And also it was very hard to locate the street number is hidden. I will never go back.

The whole experience was great EXCEPT that I had printed out the email reciept, and when I gave it to the guy at counter he said it was the wrong thing. After gentle arguing, and me pointing out several times that all the info was there ALONG WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER, he let me pay what I was supposed to pay. Don't know what the problem was, but I printed it out and did everything I was supposed to. Other than that, everything was great. Maybe just get that stuff together a little - have some way to reference the confirmation #, and to also have the clerks to be able to access how much has been prepaid so there are no arguments. I've seen other complaints describing this exact situation...
