My experience parking at the Hilton LAX was excellent. The reservations were a snap, the shuttle was easy to use and the attendants/valet were very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use the service again when I fly out of LAX.

My experience with Hilton LAX parking was great. Arrived, got right on the bus and to the flight. Coming back, with my one year old and all of his gear, I realized that I had misplaced the valet ticket. The Hilton parking staff on duty (I noted their names at the time but now cannot recall... it was the evening of April 27) were wonderful. One woman went through the keys while a couple of gentleman searched for my car (a dark blue Toyota Matrix -- doesn't really stand out, does it?) on the lot. No attitude at all, just compassion and friendly service. Please, if you can, forward this to them and their supervisors. They all deserve recognition for outstanding customer care.

There must have been some kind of special when I used the valet service because it was $9/day! It was the fastest LAX parking experience I've ever had. I dropped the car off at the entrance to the Hilton, got on the waiting shuttle and lessn than 10 minutes later I was checking in for my flight. The return was equally as fast. If it's on special, this is the way to park.

Everything was great (5 stars for Location and Facility), except for the shuttle experience. It's surprising how many people would be waiting in line at 6 AM on a Monday morning, but we had to wait about 20 minutes before the next shuttle came (because the shuttle that was there couldn't fit everyone, the line was so backed up). Not only that, the shuttle went to other hotels before finally going to the airport. We were departing for an international flight, so this only added to the stress level. Definitely did NOT expect for a shuttle that is a 5 minute drive away from the airport, to have taken 40 minutes from the time we parked at the hotel until the time we were dropped off at LAX.
Because the lines were so long, people were rude and trying to cut in as well. The hotel staff seemed to condone this and had a very nonchalant, "none of my business" attitude.
Because the parking lot itself was secure, underground, and plenty of width on either side (since not everyone is considerate about preventing door dents on other people's cars), I will give this location one more chance. Also, payment was a breeze, and getting out was a breeze.
