This is our first experience with Renaissance Newport Beach parking service. We have used others in the area in the past. Renaissance by far exceeded our expectations.

Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and our bags were unloaded and placed in the shuttle. Our van was parked in their covered garage. Upon return the shuttle responded quickly to our call for pick up. Our luggage was loaded and we were driven back to the Renaissance, which was 10 minutes away. Upon arrival, our van was parked at the hotel entrance. Our bags were loaded and we were on our way. All personnel were friendly and helpful. We will never use anyone else in the future!

I have used this hotel 4 times now and each time they are outstanding. I did try another one next to them and they were "not nice" is the best way to talk about them. I will only book with the Renaissance now because they consistently deliver outstanding service.

10/10 - would come back here! I rolled up and the shuttle was there so I was taken immediately to the terminal. Upon return, I called as soon as I was off the plane and was told the shuttle would be there in a few minutes. I walked right out to the meet up spot and he was there with one other passenger in the van. We departed immediately for the hotel and my car was ready to go within a few minutes. Loved this experience and will use again anytime I cannot get a ride to/from the airport.

You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 5 min shuttle ride to the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and courteous. When I returned from my trip, I called for the shuttle and my car was waiting for me when I arrived back at the hotel. The whole experience was terrific.

This is a great destination for parking at the John Wayne airport in Orange County. The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle is every half hour. The valet staff are courteous and they go out of their way to assist. I have recommended both this location and CheapAirportParking to my friends and family.

This was a very pleasant parking and valet experience. The location is super close to the airport and very easy to locate. I did not have to wait long at all for either of the shuttles I took. The ride to the airport was no more than 5 min and the way back from the airport was closer to 25. The return was longer because a flight crew had just been picked up so we had to wait for the next one. It was not bad at all! I felt my car was very safe while I was away and the staff was very kind. I would absolutely recommend using this location again!

Be careful on the way back from the airport, you're supposed to call the hotel for pick up, but the operator does not pick up the phone or it sends your call directly to hold status, you'd have no idea how long you'd have to wait for. You'd have to hang up and keep calling until you get lucky to get someone who actually answers and willing to help you.

I was very impressed with the staff here at the Renaissance. The shuttle is a large SUV. I felt like a shuttle from Ritz Carlton. They were on time and very accommodating when I arrived for pick up. Definitely 5 star service.

This place was fantastic. Everyone was so nice. The shuttle was super fast going and coming back. The driver was so nice making us girls feel very comfortable. Will definitely use Renaissance again in the future.

First time I have parked here, and it was a very good experience. The only 'complaint' I have is that the shuttles run every 30 mins, but they don't seem to have THAT many people requiring transport back and forth to and from the airport, from my discussion with one of the drivers. I'd suggest that the service offers an on-call pick-up/drop-off instead of every 30 mins on the hour. It would be a lot more convenient and customers won't have to wait as long. Ricardo drove us back from airport to the hotel, and he was very polite and courteous and professional. Ricardo and the staff I encountered were all superb!

I really like this place but the person who dispatches the shuttle is terrible. I have used them dozens of times with only excellent experiences. This past trip I called for the shuttle like I always do at 12:40pm and was told they will leave at 1pm and should be there around 1:05.
At 1:20 I called again and was told they are on their way.
At 1:40 I called back and was told they would be leaving.
Finally got picked up at 1:55

Better than many locations. Shuttle is quicker and more often than that at the other locations I have parked. Clean and nice transportation, usually SUV or Towncar. Big upgrade. Great staff.

I’ve parked here 4 times and I’m going to continue to park with them because it is quick, easy, staff is friendly! Only downfall, which was on my part for not checking, is that my flight got in at 10pm and their shuttle service stops at 7pm. So, it would be nice to see a shuttle service until the last flight comes in since SNA has a curfew for flights.

The staff is very friendly and quick to respond. I felt safe leaving my car for two weeks at the Renaissance through CheapAirportParking. Would definitely use them again.
