Someone mentioned that he had to carry his luggage going up to 3rd floor. Probably he does not know that there is a lift next to the office and it is going to every floor.

You better be at the right place for pickup. Not clear as to what is the right spot for pickup at airport. Timing might be five minutes or half and hour. Average time is meaningless. Really nasty attitude from drivers. Where ever they'd rather be, I wish they'd go there and sulk.

Private companies do better. Hotels that offer an overnight with free extended parking are the best deal going if you are going for five days or more.

hi my friends, i have parked at this airport parking lot for 4 times and had never had a problem. everything is good. the only thing that i experienced one time, is that i was carrying quite a bit of luggage and it was kind of tough to carry the load specially if you are parked like up on the 3rd floor. maybe some courtesy help would be wonderful. other than that everything is good. thanks again and will do buisness with you guys again.

The first shuttle coming back saw us standing at the wrong stop and didn't bother to say it was the wrong one. we were waving at him and he saw us and didn't say a word. Thank God the next shuttle came in 15 minutes. This was at SFO airport at 10:58 pm on friday 27th by United exit.

Overall it was great, I will park there when ever I fly out of SFO. The only flaw I found is that the elevators are extremely slow. Other then that it was perfect.

I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the shuttle to transfer me to the airport. It may not be as secure as it looks. However, the service is one of the best for the price you pay. In conclusion, I will use this parking the next time I want to go to the airport, but I have to be at the parking lot at least 20 minutes earlier.
