There's only one shuttle, so if you miss it you have to wait a while. But at least you can track the shuttle using a link in your RidePal reservation.

Other than shuttle wait time, I didn't see any noteworthy issues.

I have been using Crown Plaza hotel parking service for several years. But the most recent experience this month was not that pleasant. They start to charge your shuttle ride and the shuttle driver was not friendly at all. You feel no hospitality, but only rude manners. Shuttle waiting time is longer as well. But the lady working inside the hotel was nice. Will not consider this service as one of my future choices any more.
