I was pleased to find your lot online and grateful to pay a portion in advance for discounted parking. The initial shuttle driver was courteous.
When we left Miami late last night on the last leg of our trip, unfortunately, all of flights were delayed. This was not a concern since your website indicated there was 24 hour service.
Upon arrival at 12:15am, however, I called the number on the parking ticket several times and there was no answer. Upon examining the ticket, it indicated the parking lot hours were 5am-midnight. This was a nasty surprise since it differed from the website. . Therefore, we needed to secure alternate transportation home. The suggested cab cost was $45-50
Just after getting on I-95, I called you company one last time. Hooray! Someone answered. I asked if the lot was open and why the phone was not answered previously. The lot attendant insisted no calls had come in. He also maintained that the information on the ticket regarding the lot closing at midnight was simply a "misprint."
We immediately turned around at the next exit and arrived at the lot about 12:40. The lot attendant was quite argumentative and I was equally insistent that since no one answered the original call and it was reasonable to believe the information on the ticket regarding the lot hours, Park EZ Fly should be responsible for the $25.94 cab fare incurred. The parking lot attendant was not customer oriented or helpful. It would have been a simple matter to apologize for not answering the phone and for inaccurate marketing material. Further I believe Park EZFly should reimburse us for the $25.94 cab fare
This was a very unsatisfactory experience. We will not use Park EZ Fly again
