Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is included with all reservations. Shuttle drivers will assist travelers with their luggage and drop them off directly at their terminals. Please keep in mind the shuttles run only from 4:00am til midnight.

We have booked Sheraton Music City on previous occasions and it has always been a dependable, efficient, and much more affordable experience than any of the BNA parking lots. We will continue to use the Sheraton Music City parking (if available) whenever we are flying in and out of BNA.

Azizah was most pleasant. She was there to great us with a smile on her face and gave us great directions in where to park. She deserves special recognition for her spirit of going out of the way to be helpful. Also the pickup was smooth and easy as well. Understandable directions when I called and upon walking up to the waiting area - there was the van. Perfect timing. He drove us right to our car in the long term parking lot at the hotel. Very polite and nice service.
  


Overall, great job! Shuttle runs every 30 minutes so if you are on the backside of that, it kind of stinks but at least you know.

Of course I didn’t plan on arriving in Nashville at 1am, my flight was seriously delayed. Because the shuttle service evaporates after midnight, it was a negative experience.

Parking is fine, long-term parking lot at Sheraton. Shuttle service is good, we never have to wait long at all. Have parked there many times and will continue to do so, saves good $$ over airport lot.

I have parked here before and recalled why I looked for other parking spots. This just happened to be the only thing available. It is a HUGE hike from the shuttle pick-up/drop-off to the actual parking lot. And at night, it has some pretty dark, remote areas to walk through. Aside from that the facility is great. They could stand to have a chat with the shuttle driver that thinks he is A.J. Foyt qualifying for the Indy 500... Mr Toad's Wild Ride has nothing on this guy!

The shuttle bus driver was simply excellent! Very friendly and great customer service. My personal vehicle sat for 17 days in that lot. Cold weather, snow, and ice. When I returned, the battery was dead. The shuttle bus driver and another employee at Sheraton Music City helped me get my vehicle started. I had jumper cables and they graciously assisted. No surprises though, this is how we roll in the great state of Tennessee - the Volunteer State! Southern hospitality at its finest!

I’ve parked at the Sheraton a handful of times and have never been unsatisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle service hours and continuous run time makes for a very smooth and efficient experience every time.
