Condition of lot and lack of any security. Large gravel where I was told to park made wheeling luggage impossible, I had to drag it. Driver that picked us up did not engage with any of us at all, asked for our tickets and that was it. Probably will not use again.

Efficient, friendly and fast! I was rushing after work across the Courtney Campbell Causeway to catch a 6:50pm flight. I was only on the lot for about 5 minutes before we are on our way. Brilliant!

When I returned, there was only about a 20minute wait from when I called to when you picked me up, and my car and key were waiting for me when we arrived back at the lot.

Thank you for an easy experience. I will use you again and recommend you (as you were recommended to me via word of mouth).

Easy to make reservation online. Right price! Personnel were courteous. Answered phone promptly and responded to questions. Only negative was waiting for pickup on return to airport, because we had just missed a driver, but base sent out a second driver so wait was less than 15 min predicted.

Travelling from Tampa to NJ I searched the internet for secure parking and found Memorial Airport Parking. The customer service was absolutely excellent - courteous and very helpful. Perfect location for Tampa International and quick transfers. Upon arrival back at Tampa telephoned them and they arrived within 10 mins. Car was waiting for us on our return. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

Although the facility if not elaborate, the parking is convenient and easy to access from the highway. I've parked here for a couple of years now, and appreciate the workable price and the efficiency of the staff.

I must say, however, that if I had an more elaborate car (I have a Scion XA) I might be concerned with the lot, as cars seem to be packed into a pretty small space and are outside in the elements.

But it serves my purposes very well and I will definitely continue to use the service!

While the facility is a little off the beaten path, it is very convenient to both the airport and to getting back on he highway to go home.
