Upon your return, shuttles pick up domestic travelers at Door 1 of the Shuttle Bus Center; International travelers are encouraged to phone the hotel on arrival to O'Hare airport.

The hotel receptionist did not validate my ticket correctly. The exit screen showed it would change me to double the price. So at the exit gate, I had to stop my mini-van and go back to the receptionist to get re-validate it which caused a lot of trouble and inconvenience.

Easy in, easy out! Quick shuttle service to/from O'Hare. I don't understand the negative reviews about not knowing you have to validate your parking ticket at the front desk before exiting the garage?? Your confirmation tells you that you have to validate your ticket before leaving. And the shuttle drops you off up front, you have to walk by the front desk - so what's the big deal? We found this location to be great and very convenient!

My flight from Denver arrived late, and I waited in line at your front desk hike pilots were checked in. All I needed was my parking ticket stamped. I got my car, went to the exit, held up the ticket to the bar code square, and it showed green, which in my opinion, was the gate would open. NOT. I pushed the call button and a man answered. I explained the above situation, he asked my name, phone number, number on the ticket, and several other questions. I had my confirmation number, but still, I am waiting for him as I could tell he wasn’t sure if I was trying to just get him to open the gate without having paid, or if he was continuing his investigation if my ticket was legitimate. He asked who stamped it. I said his front desk, just 15 minutes ago. I doubt I would park here again. It was late, I was tired, and to have to be interrogated when all the info I gave him was legitimate, is not worth it to me. There are several garages out there wanting business and I will go to another next time.
  


My car was dead once i got to the garage after midnight. I called multiple places in town as i had to drive back to Indiana after i had landed. My last resort was to ask the receptionist if there was anyone who could jump my car. Shortly after the security at the hotel met me on the fifth floor and jumped my car in the freezing cold! Highly recommend using them for future stays!
  


Checkout was a nightmare. We, along with other vehicles in our group, prepaid and it was not clear you had to go to the hotel front desk upon leaving. The email confirmation said bring confirmation to the parking attendant. Not clear where that was, in the garage, at the gate? That would make sense. By time we got to the exit, no attendant and gate is trying to charge 2.5 times what I already prepaid. Me and the other vehicle in my group were getting frustrated with the vehicle(s) in front of us because it was not apparent to them either and gate wouldn't go up without the extra money. We all started getting honked at. Simple wording change on the email that says to go to front desk with your confirmation upon leaving could avoild this and possibly bring more returing customers. But for me, this was my first and last time.
