We found the parking lot without difficulty and there was plenty of space for parking. Did not feel there was real security there since there is no gate/lock or personnel on site.

We had a flight change coming home so didn’t arrive in Baltimore till just after midnight, and the shuttle was no longer running. We had to call an Uber.

Liked the place and loved the price. No security except when the shuttle guy is there. Our plane was delayed and we arrived after shuttle hours, so had to Uber to the lot. Good/bad news: no security or locked gate, so we were able to retrieve our car. You get what you pay for, so I’m a satisfied customer.
