Was strange to leave my car being told I didn't need a ticket or anything… the morning driver seemed new or confused.
  


The parking lot is in great location. I prepaid my parking. A shuttle came right to our car (it was snowing). He was really nice. When we got home we did have to wait 30 minutes after we called for the shuttle to come. When we tried to go out of the gate. It wouldn't open. The people in front of us had an issue too. But it finally opened. Will stay at Fast Lane for my next trip in April.
  


Very good location, near airport. The shuttle ride was convenient. There was no help onsite.
  


Arrived home from California at 1am in the morning, had about a 10 minute wait for the shuttle, went to the parking lot and found my car battery was dead. The shuttle driver went and got a portable jump starter, jumped my car and was just delightful and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience when my car wouldn't start. Thank you Fastlane shuttle driver!
