The Embassy Suites DFW is conveniently located only 4 miles from Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW). The shuttles run between the hotel and Airport terminals every 30 minutes 24/7. Friendly shuttle drivers are happy to assist with your luggage.

Upon arriving at the hotel, please bring your printed parking voucher to the front desk prior to parking. The front desk associate will then provide specific parking instructions. Please arrive at the hotel 30-40 minutes before you would like to be at the terminal.

I've used this service before and the pick up wait time was terrible. My check in experience for shuttle to the airport was excellent. The shuttle was readily available, friendly front desk experience, driver great also. I arrived at the airport in a timely fashion. My low rating comes from my experience for pick up. I called for pick up at 7:53 pm and was not picked up until 8:50 pm. I called on several accounts to inquire about the delays and was told they were on the way, they just left, and oh we are trying to locate the driver. I will truly reconsider using this service again because of this delay. After being on a flight for hours, going through customs you just want to get back to your car and go home. I was told the shuttles runs every 15 minutes, but that was not the case here.
  


Easy to book, not expensive, safe place with awesome staff. Only negative: very old shuttle bus.... ugliest I ever seen in DFW :-)
