Hoping all future experiences here will be as good as the first. Cheers

I have parked here twice. The first time I parked in covered parking by mistake and was charged on the way out. When I called the rep was nice and refunded my money. Because of that I came back to park again. Very convenient.

I had a small issue with getting the credit card reader to work. Other than that, everything was great.
I've parked at Canopy Parking several times and I highly recommend them for short wait times, great driver attitudes, and reasonable cost.
The driver on my outbound was friendly and helpful. The driver on my return seemed distracted or uninterested - which I understand at 11:45 at night yet still an impactful customer experience. Upon leaving very late at night the exceptionaly dangerous potholes were very hard to see as were the exit signs which were not illuminated or reflective. Not an ideal experience for a midnight return trip home.
I paid for my parking on the way to the airport assuming id have something I could scan on my phone. After paying I got a confirmation stating "you must print out your receipt and show it to the attendant..." kind of hard when Im on the road. I never did receive an email from you (apparently I used a third party but how was I supposed to know that?). I'd suggest providing a scan code the same way flights and lots of other businesses do. None of the radios worked when I arrived and so the shuttle started driving away and the guy helping me couldnt figure out why the shuttle wasnt responding and I was worried I would have to wait for the next shuttle and was already a bit late. Might want to invest in better radios?
