The on-line price and in office price was different. I am waiting to be refunded $ 9.00 due to differences in price. The person I spoke to regarding where to be picked up when I returned could not communicate effectively. All one had to say is exit where baggage pickup is ... cross the street and go throught the building in front of you to the other side and then you will see pickup point # 2. This person asked that I read instructions off my ticket when he could not direct me correctly.
