Of course, I had trouble finding you. On the e-mail receipt the name of your facility should somehow be easier to locate. The driver the first day was a doll. The driver on the return trip wasn't friendly, gave the least amount of help possible. The people who waited on me at the counter were very nice. The price was great.

I was very happy with the service. The staff all did a good job. The price is very good. The directions were a little confusing as where to make the first turn after the toll coming in on the website. I think that should be checked out to clarify it.

Some employees attitude lack professional skills. Appearance, dealing with customers, kindness... dispatcher politeness to be improved... signs to the location are very difficult to follow... I'll rather pay more for a better service...

Good service, excellent price. Had no trouble finding you, with the directions you sent me. Everything went smoothly and pick up at the airport was prompt.

Only problem I can recall was the directions to the facility when we got off Rt. 78 coming from the west. On the map it looked as though the hotel was on the right. Had to make a U-turn and come back on the other side.

Other than that, company and personnel were prompt and very courteous. Thank you - we will definitely use you again.

We had to call for shuttle 3 times, the 1st time we were hung up on and subsequent calls due to communication problems on where the pick up. we had to wait at Newark for almost an hour for our shuttle, not the way we wanted to end our trip!

I returned by 7:00 pm and just because I put my return time as 4:00 pm, I was charged extra money. IF I would put 8:00 there will not be a problem. Clear BS. The rate is given fot the day not for the arrival time on that day. That is the way to rip people off. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS PARKING. BAD BUSINESS CULTURE.

It was kind of hard to find the parking lot. It will be great if you could specify that is in the Howard Johnson hotel. I had to call for directions after a long time of wondering around and asking for the address. No one seemed to know where it was. Also, I know this is my fault, but I couldnt easily locate in the documentation the name of the parking lot. It will be great if you could make it stand out more in the quote, maybe with a different color of bigger font. Anyway, those are minor things. The experience was great and everything went as expected. Very efficient service
