I had a little trouble finding it, but that was my fault. Everything at the parking lot was excellent. They even had the car waiting once I arrived from the airport on the shuttle. Everything was very efficient.

Our departure was very easy. Our arrival on the other hand was not as smooth. We waited for close to 20 minutes to be picked up from Newark airport. I had to call the office twice to confirm someone was on their way. The staff member who I spoke to wasn't all that helpful.

A little difficult to find but well worth it. You need to go into Crowne Plaza entrance and go through gate by taking a parking ticket!!! Wish I knew that or they had a sign indicating it.
Immediate transportation to airport. Upon return, 5 minute wait to be picked up and our car was immediately available as we got out of Van. I will definitely go back.

The location is definitely a bit of a pain since it is a hard right off a major highway; it took me three passes to get into the facility. Mind you, the first two were figuring out where the actual driveway was. The drivers were great, and the location could not be any closer to the airport so there was little wait time getting to and from the airport. I would recommend this parking facility to anyone that is flying out of Newark.

The only thing that prevents me from a better rating is the very strong sense I have that someone was sitting in my car and running the motor to use my air conditioning. I was actually pretty upset by this because my air conditioning was on full blast when I turned on the motor, the seat was in a reclining position, and the gas tank was on empty(I do not recall being so low on gas, it is not like me to go so low). I have no proof of this of course.
But up until this point I was completely thrilled with the whole thing. Easy to find, fast in, fast out, fast pick-up, great price, nice people.
