SmartPark JFK at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

We received prompt service upon our arrival and departure from the parking lot. However, when I paid my bill, I noticed that the representative mistakenly overcharged me and didn't realize it until I brought it to her attention. Upon my arrival, I was initially charged a partial payment that was withheld from my credit card, approximately $13.00 When I paid the balance this charge was not deducted and I was charged the full amount instead. The representative was courteous and promptly corrected the mistake. Nonetheless, the service was good and most importantly prompt which was really appreciated. - Precila N-M

I was completely impressed with SmartPark at JFK. First, the price was unbeatable. Second, I liked how well lit the parking was, and also how responsive the staff was. We were immediately shuttled to our terminal. Also, when we returned, I called for pick up and the shuttle bus arrived in under 5 minutes. There were no hidden fees, we only paid what we expected to pay. Some other places were going to charge a $5 internet booking fee, or a port fee or a reservation fee, but we didn't have that with CheapAirportParking.org. Finally, when we got back to the parking lot, our car was retrieved for us and we were quickly on our way. I will definitely use SmartPark JFK again and would recommend it to anyone. - John Tikaram

I used Avistar in the past, and really liked the service. I called them to see if they'd match the $12/day rate I found with CheapAirportParking (Avistar was charging $19/day) and they would not. I took my chances, booked the reservation with Cheap Airport Parking, and was so glad I did. The service was excellent, the location was incredibly convenient (last exit off the Van Wyck, stay to the right on the exit ramp, make a left onto Lefferts Blvd, make another left onto the access road, parking is on the right -- SO EASY!). I was on the shuttle in under five minutes, and at the terminal in 10 minutes. Coming home, the shuttle picked me up in under three minutes, and I was in my car ten minutes later. It couldn't have been easier, and the personnel couldn't have been nicer.

I was very pleased with every aspect.. you guys are the best.. there was almost no time spent waiting either to get to the airport of back and when I was told I was being picked up in about a minute.. The driver even beat that time and was there in seconds of my call.. You are my number one choice. Thanks so much for the great service and see you next time! happy holidays

We are very sorry, but we missed your SmartPark JFK Valet Parking. Our GPS System led us to the Avistar Parking, I showed them my reservation they said yes just park here and pay the rest later on your return. Sorry to say I paid much more that I would have with you. I wonder, if you could give me a credit for the $ 13.25 I prepaid, or give me a voucher for next time in this amount. When I called someone at SmartParkJFK say told me, this mixup happens quite often. Thank you for your consideration.

4. Go over the Belt Parkway and make immediate left onto South Conduit Avenue
5. Follow signs to SmartPark JFK the entrance is 5oo yards on your right
6. Look for our SmartPark yellow awning and turn in

From Southern New Jersey or points south
1. Take the Outerbridge Crossing or Goethals Bridge to Staten Island
2. Follow signs to Verrazano Bridge
3. Take Verrazano Bridge and follow directions for Belt Parkway East
4. Take Belt Parkway east to exit 19 Lefferts Blvd
5. Follow exit ramp to end. Make a left at traffic light onto Lefferts Blvd
6. Then a quick right under the overpass to South Conduit Avenuel
7. The entrance to SmartPark JFK is 500 yards down on your right
8. Look for the SmartPark yellow awning and turn in
