
We received prompt service upon our arrival and departure from the parking lot. However, when I paid my bill, I noticed that the representative mistakenly overcharged me and didn't realize it until I brought it to her attention. Upon my arrival, I was initially charged a partial payment that was withheld from my credit card, approximately $13.00 When I paid the balance this charge was not deducted and I was charged the full amount instead. The representative was courteous and promptly corrected the mistake. Nonetheless, the service was good and most importantly prompt which was really appreciated.

The whole reservation/parking experience was smooth. Online registration. Getting me to and from the airport. no problem, even though my flight was delayed by 6 hours. Great JFK airport parking facility.

I was completely impressed with SmartPark at JFK. First, the price was unbeatable. Second, I liked how well lit the parking was, and also how responsive the staff was. We were immediately shuttled to our terminal. Also, when we returned, I called for pick up and the shuttle bus arrived in under 5 minutes. There were no hidden fees, we only paid what we expected to pay. Some other places were going to charge a $5 internet booking fee, or a port fee or a reservation fee, but we didn't have that with CheapAirportParking.org. Finally, when we got back to the parking lot, our car was retrieved for us and we were quickly on our way. I will definitely use SmartPark JFK again and would recommend it to anyone.

I was very pleased with every aspect.. you guys are the best.. there was almost no time spent waiting either to get to the airport of back and when I was told I was being picked up in about a minute.. The driver even beat that time and was there in seconds of my call..
You are my number one choice. Thanks so much for the great service and see you next time! happy holidays

Excellent service. Both the people at the lot and the drivers were all extremely courteous and professional. When I went to pay the bill they mistakenly charged me the full price even though I had paid the first night online when I made the reservation. When I pointed that out they quickly deducted the extra charge without any problem at all. Will definitely use SmartPark at JFK again.
