Orlando International Airport (MCO) Parking Reviews

The drop off and ride to the airport was really nice, the lot was full so they parked the car. I felt like the lot was safe and it is right near all of the other off site parking lots. On the pickup side we ended up waiting a while, we called while we were waiting for our bags and then went outside to wait. After 20 minutes we called again and they seemed to have forgotten we called, even though there was someone else who had called and was waiting as well. They then sent someone out and the rest was quite easy. They had pulled the car back to the front of the lot for us. I would probably use another service next time because of the delay in pickup, Fast Park and Relax had three shuttles come by while we were waiting and the price was about the same per day.

We were traveling up north Thanksgiving weekend and with a baby. Park EZ Fly Self Parking worked out GREAT. We didn't want to bother anyone to take us to the airport and pick us up because our flight was really late. This was the cheapest and easiest way we found. Truely recommended.

The only problem I had was when I left they tried to charge me full price and I had already put down an internet deposit, but problem was solved pretty quick would definately park here again Thank You.

Your parking facility and service was all very good. The only thing we had a little trouble with was identifying the shuttle from other parking shuttles. It was not clear which one we were to get on. We actually got on a wrong one but discovered the mistake before it took off. You need to emphisize your logo more!!

Check in was fast and completely satisfactory. Pick up from airport could have quicker but is a lot better than others I have used in the past. The overall value is great.

It took 20 mins to get picked up while other company shuttles passed me several times. The man on the phone was rude when I called the second time. Then there was another charge included that was not disclosed on the website (some airport fee). There are too many other facilities available that I can choose from and I will.

Park EZ Fly provided a great service, they had great personnel and fast service. My only complaint is that the parking lot was full when I arrived so they sent me to a different lot (lot #2) which seemed OK but it was extra time getting there. Also, I had to pick up the car very early in the morning, around 6am and the parking lot was completely dark without lights and only one guy was there, which was a little bit scary.

The parking was over booked i had to leave my car on the road and leave it, until they had empty spaces. That was scary because i did not know if my car was going to be ok. Thank God it was, but i was not impressed with this website and the overbooking.
