12/01/2009Attendant at gate would not accept the conformation email displayed on my iphone screen. She stated that it had to be printed out even though the conformation number and booking details were clearly visible.
A $45 fee fast became $170!
After 5 minutes of protestation she finally relinquished. All the information was right in front of her and this was clearly just a method of extorting money from pre-paid customers.
This is very poor customer service. Holding customers to ransom is not a good way to encourage repeat business. As a result I will use an alternative service at LAX.
