This is the first time we have left our car in a car park. Needless to say we were a bit nervous. Everything was perfect. The level of service that we received was great and we made it to the airport on time! When we returned, they picked us up and the airport and our car was waiting for us. We paid, loaded our bags and left. Very easy! I would recommend this car park to everyone!

I used Avistar in the past, and really liked the service. I called them to see if they'd match the $12/day rate I found with CheapAirportParking (Avistar was charging $19/day) and they would not.

I took my chances, booked the reservation with Cheap Airport Parking, and was so glad I did. The service was excellent, the location was incredibly convenient (last exit off the Van Wyck, stay to the right on the exit ramp, make a left onto Lefferts Blvd, make another left onto the access road, parking is on the right -- SO EASY!). I was on the shuttle in under five minutes, and at the terminal in 10 minutes. Coming home, the shuttle picked me up in under three minutes, and I was in my car ten minutes later. It couldn't have been easier, and the personnel couldn't have been nicer.

I was very pleased with every aspect.. you guys are the best.. there was almost no time spent waiting either to get to the airport of back and when I was told I was being picked up in about a minute.. The driver even beat that time and was there in seconds of my call..

The staff was professional and courteous. We loved that our car was running and ready for us when we got back to the parking area. We used to take a car service to the airport now we are done with that now that we found your convenient parking option.

My husband and I were very impressed with how easy it was to schedule our reservation and how smooth the entire process was the day of our flight. What we thought would be the worst part of the trip, dealing with the car and parking, was the easiest thanks to the attentive personnel, frequent shuttles and overall location!

The location is a perfect distance from the airport. The shuttle took us there rather quick. The attitudes left a little to be desired though. Maybe it was because it was early and they are very busy when its early but they didn't want to pay much attention to anyone. The lady at the counter was training a new guy and was very focused on him and not paying attention to who was waiting at the counter. I have used this car park before and the experience was excellent the first time and not so great the second. I will deffinatley use them again because my car was in the perfect condition I left it !
