It was obvious that my vehicle had been used (driven) and searched. I was not happy about that.

It is nice to park at your place, but there is no guarentee for items and money inside car, Last time i forget to take cash ($20) from my car, the day i came back cash is missing from my car.

It was kind of hard to find the parking lot. It will be great if you could specify that is in the Howard Johnson hotel. I had to call for directions after a long time of wondering around and asking for the address. No one seemed to know where it was. Also, I know this is my fault, but I couldnt easily locate in the documentation the name of the parking lot. It will be great if you could make it stand out more in the quote, maybe with a different color of bigger font. Anyway, those are minor things. The experience was great and everything went as expected. Very efficient service

The gentleman at the desk was very rude. I thought my husband gave them the reservation paper when we came in and the gentleman told him to give when we came back and you would pay then. I was unaware of this and when my husband went back in, he forgot that he had the paper and when I went back in he was extremely rude and stated "I asked your husband if he had any discount coupons" and of course he said no, because he knew that I had made the reservation online. I think that he was extremely abrupt and should be more customer service oriented with seniors who may react to the questions somewhat slower. FYI we still generously tipped both the driver to and fro and put $5 in the basket for those outside in the lot. I didn't feel that the rudeness should be held against all the remaining attendants who were very nice and accommodating.

We have used Vista for many years, and will continue.
Here's a suggestion; how about a customer loyalty usage account. Say after a few visits you get one week free, or a deep discount.

First time I had parked there. All employees, that I came in contact with, were very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate on using Vista parking again.
