Long wait for shuttle service from the airport. There were several others that passed us several times before ours made it once. The worse part was they left my lights on at valet and my battery was dead on the pick up. After waiting for approx. 30 minutes I inquired about what was taking so long and was told it would be up right away. After a continued wait, I learned about the battery dying. I wish they would have been up front initially instead of being dishonest. I also wish they would've taken responsibility for my battery dying in the first place. Bad service.

We used this lot several times in self-park. Very convenient but it must be getting popular as I could not get a reservation last time and had to try someone else. Book early if you want to park here. It's great if you don't mind outside parking

I had a mixed experience. The price was great but not the service. I arrived at the Marriott at 5:30 am and the line was so long I had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle. Then coming back I had to wait at the airport almost half an hour. (another 10 for the Valet parked car). Also with my ticket they gave me a card to contact them upon return. It only had a text number not a phone number. When I mentioned it to that attendant that I did not have text service, she said "well you should have asked for a phone number." I never looked at the card until I was at the airport. I assumed it was a phone number. As of now I would not park at Marriott in the future. However I would use cheapairportparking.org Thank you for seeking input.

I was very happy with the service and have used it again since this trip!

The location is close to the airport. The facility is big and clean. The wait times can be long for the shuttle to arrive at the hotel and airport for pick-up. The good thing about this location is that there is a Starbucks in the hotel so you can get a coffee while you wait. The shuttles are spacious and clean. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

Everything went very well except the pick up shuttle upon return was very full. The driver was overwhelmed and could not help with luggage, but a very nice man on the shuttle helped us and it was very much appreciated. We prefer to drive to the airport and if the rates work (less than riding the shuttle) we will continue to do so.

I thought the wait for the shuttle was a little long... perhaps that was because of the holiday or just because it was a long day overall. The price was GREAT for the location and it was easy to get in and out of there. The valet was perfect. I didn't have to try and remember where I parked or where I put the keys. I will park here next time!

I love parking at the Marriott, especially since there's a Starbucks and a comfy lobby inside. Shuttles can fill up fast with airline crew, but another one arrives within 5 minutes and they have a shuttle tracker so you can see when the next one is arriving. Hotel and Valet staff are very friendly.

I parked valet for 4 days and it cost me as much as a round-trip, 1.5-mile cab ride (I live just south of the airport) so it was an awesome deal and I didn't have to leave my car in my carport. Everyone was pleasant and no dings on the car.

My only issue was (and granted this was during the Thanksgiving weekend) that the shuttle was really full and there didn't seem to be another shuttle right behind the one that came by. So it was either get on or wait for another full shuttle. I was at T4 so chances that the shuttles would fill up between T1, T2, T3 and International Terminal was great.

But the driver still let us all cram in and we had to just stand and hold on for dear life. Not the safest way to go but given the circumstances, we all took chances.

Overall a great place to park and would certainly do it again. Some cabbies hate going to El Segundo because it's so close, some charge a "flat rate", which I think is B.S. So, it is much more convenient to park at the Marriott LAX especially using cheapairportparking.org.
